2008 Chemicals Transportation & Storage Exhibition was held in Shanghai International Exhibition Center on October 28-30 with an exhibition area of 6000 square meters. Held simultaneously with the 2008 Rubber & Plastics Additives Exhibition, this exhibition has attracted 136 exhibitors from both home and abroad among which there were 57 professional chemicals logistics service providers. In the three days’ exhibition, there were 2085 professional audiences from 6 countries and regions.

Statistics of Relevant Data
2.1 Analysis of Exhibitors
2.1.1 Types and Proportions of Exhibitors
Among the exhibitors in the current exhibition, over 72% of them came from logistics service
providers. Enterprises of storage and transportation equipment and fittings, port and terminal
as well as the third party service respectively accounted for 19.44%, 2.78%, and 5.56%.

 2.1.2. Exhibitors' Main Purpose
More than a half of exhibitors aimed to publicize their enterprise images and seek partners.
25.22% of the exhibitors wanted to communicate with their counterparts while 20.34%
aimed to obtain orders directly.

2.1.3. Exhibitors' Satisfaction Degree to the Exhibition
59% of the exhibitors were basically satisfied with the current exhibition while 23% were very
satisfied and 18% thought that the organizer should do a better job in publicizing the exhibition
so as to improve its popularity.

 2.1.4. Exhibitors' Assessment of the Quantity and Quality of Professional Audience
Visiting Their Booths

50% of the exhibitors were satisfied with the quantity and quality of the audience visiting their
booths. 16% were very satisfied while 29% thought that the quantity and quality of the
audience were not very satisfactory. And 5% thought the organizing committee should
improve the quality of the audience.

 2.1.5. Exhibitors' Realized Objectives in This Exhibition
Exhibitors generally agreed that they had gained very good result in displaying company
image, maintaining old customers and developing new customers, evaluating market
prospect, and exhibiting new   services/ projects/ products through the current exhibiton.

 2.1.6. Satisfaction Degree to Working Staff on the Site
52% of the exhibitors were satisfied with the working staff of the organizing committee while
42% were very satisfied and 6% were not quite satisfied and thought the service of the
working staff on the needed to be improved.

2.2. Analysis of Audience
2.2.1. Resource Analysis of Professional Audience
95.74% of the audience came from Chinese mainland, covering 20 provinces, five
autonomous regions and four municipalities. Overseas audience accounted for 4.26%.

2.2.2. Audience’s Enterprise Types and Proportions
More than a half of audience came from chemicals manufacturing enterprises and trading
enterprises while 1.3% were from investment institutions in this industry.

2.2.3. Audience’s Concerned Areas
After our survey, audience’s most concerned area was chemicals transportation
enterprises and chemicals storage enterprises. Their second most concerned areas were port
and terminal, storage and transportation equipment and fittings.

 2.2.4. Audience’s Purpose in the Exhibition
30.8% of the audience came to the exhibition to find cooperation partners and 35.5% aimed to
collect information of logistics market/industry. 14.6% wanted to meet with present
cooperation partners and 1.1% aimed to seek investment projects.

3. Activities in the Exhibition
 3.1. 2008 Chemical Trade & Logistics Management Forum
2008 Chemical Trade & Logistics Management Forum was held in Shanghai Galaxy Hotel on
28-29 October, 2008, assembling 53 delegates of chemical product supplier and logistic
company from 16 province and cities with hot debate on the most concerned issues.

On 29th October, Yu Xiangdong, secretary of Shanghai Dangerous Goods on Roadways Trades
Society unveiled 2008 China Chemical Logistics Forum, with a host of 86 professional chemical
logistics suppliers and delegates from relevant ports and industrial zones, witnessing splendid
presentations from AST&L, Logistic Station of Shanghai Urban Transportation Bureau,
Shanghai Yunze Chemical Logistic Development Co., Ltd. and Michelin (China) Investment
